Editorial desk review updated 28 October 2026. This review compares TMGM’s public account terms and legal disclosures, not funded-account execution. Available leverage, account types and payment routes depend on the legal entity and country shown in your client agreement.
Overview: EDGE vs CLASSIC
TMGM offers forex and CFD trading via MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Its international account page features two accounts: EDGE, designed around lower headline spreads plus commission, and CLASSIC, with commission-free pricing integrated into the spread. Both support Expert Advisors and hedging where permitted. The public account table shows a US$100 minimum initial deposit for each; payment-method or entity-specific funding minimums may differ.
Compare TMGM account pricing with the commission basis and instrument specification in view. The cost calculator identifies data that is comparable, minimum-based or still pending, so an account-wide starting spread is not silently used as an instrument average. Use the side-by-side tool for platform and account differences.
Trading costs and account comparison
EDGE: advertised floating spreads from 0.0 pip, and US$7 round-turn commission per standard forex lot (US$3.50 per side on the cited schedule). The same table lists US$5 round-turn commission for a qualifying precious-metals contract, whose applicable contract size should be checked before comparing gold costs. CLASSIC: floating spreads from 1.0 pip with no regular trading commission. These are published floors, not independent average EUR/USD or XAU/USD measurements.
A one-lot EUR/USD comparison must include the full spread, both sides of commission, overnight swap, contract size, slippage, conversion and any ancillary charges. A ‘zero spread’ minimum does not imply zero total trading cost. TMGM’s own account comparison identifies swap-free availability as subject to terms; costs and exclusions should be confirmed for the actual instrument.
Leverage and platform conditions
TMGM’s international account comparison advertises leverage up to 1:1000 and a 20% stop-out level, subject to client equity, instrument, market conditions and risk adjustments. Its Australian retail page lists a much lower 1:30 maximum for major forex and different account/funding rules. Do not apply the international 1:1000 headline to an Australian or otherwise restricted retail contract. MT4/MT5 support automated strategies, but the exact permitted EAs and order execution rules remain account- and entity-specific.
Deposits, withdrawals and timing
The international payment page lists local transfer methods for several countries including IDR, as well as bank wire, cards and electronic payments. The public table advertises generally US$0 standard broker funding fees, although intermediary bank charges and currency conversions can apply. Method-specific minimum deposits range from approximately US$50–US$100 on local/retail methods and can be higher on others. These are funding-route thresholds; consult the Client Portal for the route available to you.
TMGM markets fast withdrawals, but does not guarantee immediate credit to every receiving account. Bank wires on its payment page have estimated 1–4 business days processing on the relevant route; provider checks and international transfers may take longer. Check withdrawal method minimums, processing limits, name-matching requirements and possible intermediary fees before depositing.
Regulation and client legal entity
TMGM is operated through several separate companies, including Trademax Australia Limited — ASIC AFSL 436416; Trademax Global Limited — Vanuatu VFSC registration 40356; Trademax Global Markets (SE) Limited — Seychelles FSA dealer licence SD224; and Trademax Global Markets (International) Pty Ltd — Mauritius FSC licence GB22201012. These different regulatory regimes have distinct client protections. Identifying the actual counterparty in the onboarding documents is essential; one group licence does not automatically cover every client.
What to compare
Compare EDGE’s spread plus US$7 forex round-trip commission against CLASSIC’s spread-inclusive pricing for your usual trade size. Confirm the actual entity and its leverage limitations, gold contract size, payment route and provider fees. The advertised minimum spread is not a reliable measure of cost over an entire trading session.
How we score
The editorial score of 4.0/5 is the rounded arithmetic mean of the four existing desk-research categories: customer support 4.0, platform/features 4.5, withdrawal terms 3.5 and cost disclosures 4.0. The unrounded mean is 4.0. This is an editorial assessment of published information, not a regulator-issued safety score, funded-account test or trading-performance forecast. Directory order is managed separately.
