About ForexReview

ForexReview helps readers compare forex brokers and understand the terms behind a trading account. Our reviews, comparison pages and cost tools bring together published information about accounts, platforms, charges, legal entities and withdrawals so that readers can ask better questions before choosing a provider.

What ForexReview publishes

The broker directory links to individual reviews. The side-by-side comparison helps readers examine account and service differences. The trading-cost guides and True Trading Cost Calculator explain how spread, commission and overnight financing can affect an estimate.

ForexReview is an editorial information website. We do not open or manage trading accounts, hold client funds, execute trades or handle a broker’s withdrawals. Account questions and transaction disputes must be addressed to the provider and, where applicable, its regulator or dispute-resolution body.

How we research broker reviews

Our broker profiles are desk reviews of publicly available information. We examine official account specifications, instrument and fee disclosures, platform information, funding terms, legal documents and support pages. Each review should be read with its source links, verification date and any limitations stated on the page.

A source-check date means that the cited information was reviewed on that date. It does not mean every feature was tested, that a broker’s terms cannot change, or that a published spread is available for a trade now. Conditions may differ by legal entity, account, platform, instrument and country.

Desk research is different from testing a funded account. Unless a page explicitly describes a test, its scope and supporting evidence, the review does not claim independently measured execution speed, slippage, withdrawal completion or customer-support response times. Published broker claims are identified as such.

How to interpret our editorial scores

Review pages show research scores for four areas: access to support, platforms and features, published withdrawal terms, and trading-cost disclosures. These are editorial assessments of the information reviewed, rather than measured investment outcomes.

Where a review uses the four-category scoring method, the overall score is the equal-weight mean of those four scores, rounded to one decimal place. For example, scores of 4.0, 4.5, 4.5 and 4.5 average 4.375, displayed as 4.4. The relevant review explains the inputs and sources. A score is not a regulatory assessment, guarantee of safety or forecast of returns.

The order of brokers in a directory is separate from the calculation of an editorial score. Inclusion or a prominent position is not a recommendation to open an account. Readers should compare the specific terms that apply to them, rather than relying on a number alone.

How our cost comparisons handle incomplete data

Spreads advertised as “from” a certain number are starting levels. They are not interchangeable with typical or average spreads. Our calculator distinguishes three types of pricing record:

  • Comparable: the published pricing basis and required units are sufficiently normalized for the estimate shown. This label concerns the cost data, not the quality or safety of the broker.
  • Minimum basis: the estimate uses published minimum or starting pricing and is excluded from the lowest-cost comparison against typical or average records.
  • Pending: a required value or its measurement basis has not been sufficiently verified. A missing value is not treated as zero or filled with a guess.

Results are estimates tied to the selected account, instrument, activity and source date. They are not live executable quotes. Read the notes on commission units, contract size, swaps and any costs that the model does not include. Historical figures may remain in clearly dated examples, but they should not be taken as current account terms.

Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some links on ForexReview are affiliate links. We may receive a commission if a reader follows one of these links and signs up or completes another qualifying action with a provider. Review pages with affiliate links display an affiliate notice. A commission relationship should be considered alongside the published sources, methodology and limitations when assessing a review.

An affiliate link does not establish a broker’s suitability, authorization in a reader’s country or the availability of a particular account. Confirm those details with the exact legal entity that would provide the service.

Updates and corrections

Broker terms and public disclosures change. We aim to keep reviews and comparison explanations consistent with the dated sources used by our tools. A page may identify information as unverified or pending while a reliable, comparable value is unavailable.

Reports submitted through this form are stored for the site’s editorial review. If you find a factual error or want to contact us about an editorial question, use the correction form below. Include the affected page URL, the statement that needs attention and a link to the current source where possible. A useful correction identifies what changed and which account, legal entity or instrument it concerns. Please do not send account credentials, payment details or private financial documents.

Use the research as a starting point

ForexReview provides general research and education. Before using a broker, verify its legal entity, current permissions, eligibility, account specification and costs through the provider and relevant official registers. Forex and CFD trading involves risk, and leverage can increase losses. Our content does not assess an individual reader’s circumstances.
