Editorial desk review updated 28 October 2026. This profile summarizes Tickmill’s published global trading conditions. It is not a live-account execution test, proof of withdrawal outcomes, or investment advice. Contracting entity and country determine eligible accounts, protections and product terms.
Overview
Tickmill provides forex and CFD trading, with a choice between spread-inclusive Classic pricing and commission-based Raw pricing. A separate TradingView Raw account operates with Tickmill Trader/TradingView. The key comparison is total round-turn transaction cost rather than the advertised minimum spread alone.
A raw-spread account should be assessed using both its spread and round-turn commission. Use the cost calculator to examine those components for the account and instrument available in the dataset, then read the source notes and confirm current conditions. For non-cost differences, use the side-by-side broker comparison.
Accounts, spreads and commissions
Classic: starting deposit US$100, spreads from 1.6 pips, no standard trading commission; maximum advertised leverage up to 1:1000 and minimum trade 0.01 lot. Raw: starting deposit US$100, floating spreads from 0.0 pips, forex/precious-metals commission US$3 per lot per side, or US$6 round turn for a one-lot EUR/USD trade on the published schedule. TradingView Raw: starting deposit US$100, spreads from 0.0 pips and commission US$3.50 per lot per side (US$7 round turn on a qualifying 1-lot forex trade); the account works on Tickmill Trader and TradingView rather than standard MetaTrader. Opening deposits can vary with base currency or region.
These are advertised minimum spreads, not independently sampled EUR/USD/XAU/USD averages. Spreads widen at market opens, around announcements and under illiquid conditions. Additional financing, conversion, execution and payment-provider expenses may apply. Compare all-in round-turn costs for a specific symbol and trade size.
Platforms and trading conditions
Classic and Raw support MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 across eligible desktop/mobile environments, with Expert Advisors, hedging and scalping available under Tickmill’s stated trading conditions. TradingView Raw supports integrated TradingView/Tickmill Trader workflows; Tickmill’s comparison matrix marks MetaTrader Expert Advisors as unavailable for TradingView Raw. The advertised leverage limit is up to 1:1000 on qualifying global accounts; EU retail accounts are subject to much lower product and regulator limits (commonly 1:30 on major FX). Tickmill’s Classic/Raw specifications list a margin call at 100% and stop-out at 30% for the relevant international entity. Swap-free Islamic access is subject to approval and specific instrument conditions.
Regulation and contracting entity
Tickmill Ltd is licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), licence SD008. Tickmill UK Ltd is authorised by the UK FCA, FRN 717270; Tickmill Europe Ltd by Cyprus CySEC 278/15; and Tickmill South Africa (Pty) Ltd by FSCA FSP 49464. A Dubai DFSA reference concerns the group’s representative office and should not be confused with a general global brokerage licence. The relevant protections, leverage and potential compensation arrangements depend on the specific company that contracts with the client.
Deposits, withdrawals and timing
Tickmill describes funding and withdrawals through its Client Area Wallets. Its international withdrawal FAQ states a US$25 (or equivalent base currency) minimum withdrawal, and says requests are processed within one business day. Estimated receipt times are method-specific: international bank wire around 2–7 business days, card withdrawals up to eight business days, with other supported methods often taking approximately one working day. Processing at Tickmill is not the same as the final arrival time at a receiving bank.
Tickmill states that it does not charge a broker withdrawal fee; intermediary banks, e-wallets and FX conversion can add their own fees. Money is normally returned to the original funding method up to the original deposit amount, while profits may use a different permitted method in the trader’s name. KYC/source-of-funds checks, bonus terms and supported payment networks can extend processing time.
What to compare
Compare Classic’s spread-only pricing against Raw’s spread plus US$6 per-lot EUR/USD round-trip commission and TradingView Raw’s higher published per-side commission. Check actual instrument prices at your trading hour, the contracting legal entity, live spread and swap tables, MT4/MT5 EA needs, base-currency deposits and available withdrawal methods. A ‘from 0.0’ spread is a floor rather than a prediction.
