Editorial desk review updated 28 October 2026. This profile uses HFM’s public account, withdrawal and regulatory documentation. It is not a funded-account test, a guarantee of execution or withdrawals, or personal investment advice. Eligibility, product access and protections depend on the legal entity named in the client’s agreement.

Overview

HFM (HF Markets) provides forex and CFD trading across MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, HFM WebTrader and the HFM Platform/app. Its international materials describe Cent, Zero, Pro and Premium accounts, with InfinityX and Top-Up Bonus offers available under specific eligibility or regional arrangements. A comparison should examine the account actually offered to the prospective client, not assume every listed account is available everywhere.

A spread advertised from zero does not describe the average cost of every trade. The cost comparison guides explain minimum versus typical pricing, while the calculator separates commission and overnight financing. Check the record’s status before interpreting any estimated total.

Trading Accounts: Cent, Premium, Pro, Zero and InfinityX

Cent: published starting spread from 1.4 pips, no stated opening deposit minimum, up to 1:2000 leverage, cent-sized contracts (1 lot = 1,000 units), and no standard commission. Cent is limited primarily to forex and gold, unlike a standard 100,000-unit lot account.

Premium: published spread from 1.4 pips, $0 opening minimum, up to 1:2000 leverage and no regular commission for forex, subject to product exceptions. Pro: from 0.6 pip, $100/€100 opening minimum, up to 1:2000 leverage, and generally no commission on the published account specification except on particular products.

Zero: advertised raw forex spread from 0 pips and up to 1:2000 leverage. HFM’s main account comparison currently lists a $0 opening minimum, but the Zero-account FAQ also states $25; verify the actual minimum in your country and client area before funding. Commissions must be added to the spread: HFM’s published Zero schedule lists approximately $6 round turn per 100,000-unit forex transaction on the referenced currency pairs, and $10 round turn for 100 ounces of gold on the listed gold product. These are instrument- and schedule-specific, not a blanket commission for all symbols.

InfinityX: advertised from 0.3 pip, minimum opening deposit $500, no regular commission, up to unlimited leverage subject to strict eligibility and adjustment rules, and a 20% margin call / 0% stop-out schedule. HFM’s InfinityX terms require maintaining certain minimum equity if positions remain open; high leverage materially increases liquidation risk. Account availability is conditional, and some public account tables show the regional Top-Up Bonus instead.

Spreads, commissions and swap-free conditions

All quoted spreads above are advertised minimums, not average observed EUR/USD or XAU/USD spreads. Live costs vary with symbol, session, volatility and liquidity. Compare spread plus both sides of commission, financing where applicable, currency conversion and slippage. HFM advertises swap-free eligibility on several accounts, but its terms limit swap-free treatment to specified instruments and conditions; confirm duration, product coverage and exclusions before holding positions overnight.

Leverage, Margin and Trading Platforms

HFM lists maximum leverage up to 1:2000 on Cent, Zero, Pro and Premium for eligible clients, with margin call at 50% and stop-out at 20%. The InfinityX account lists different risk thresholds and an eligibility-controlled unlimited-leverage feature. All maximums are adjustable and depend on instrument, account and jurisdiction. Minimum trade size is typically 0.01 lot, but the Cent account’s contract unit is smaller. MT4, MT5 and HFM WebTrader/app are listed across the major accounts; automated strategies require checking specific platform features and broker trading rules.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

Published withdrawal conditions for the international service state that requests can be processed 24/7, with method-dependent minimum amounts and receiving times. The displayed bank-transfer minimum is $100, normally 2–10 business days; debit/credit cards list a $5 minimum and 2–10 business days; alternative methods may have smaller minimums and shorter quoted times. These are not universal guarantees: method availability and payment-processor checks vary by country.

HFM says it does not charge withdrawal-request fees, while intermediary and receiving banks or payment providers may charge their own fees. Card withdrawals are generally routed to the same card used for deposits, subject to applicable restrictions. Check the live options in the myHF client area before depositing.

Regulatory Entities and Country Availability

HFM is a brand spanning several legal entities. Official group disclosures include HF Markets (Seychelles) Ltd, regulated by the Seychelles FSA under Securities Dealer Licence SD015; HF Markets (Europe) Ltd, Cyprus CySEC 183/12; HF Markets (UK) Ltd, FCA firm reference 801701; HF Markets SA (PTY) Ltd, South African FSCA 46632; and HFM Investments Ltd, Kenya CMA 155.

HF Markets (SV) Ltd is an SVG international business company (registration 22747 IBC 2015); company registration should not be represented as a securities-dealer licence. UK or EU regulatory licences held by one group company do not automatically extend to clients of another entity. HFM lists restricted jurisdictions including the USA, Canada, Sudan, Syria, Iran, North Korea, UAE and Türkiye, among others. Verify who will legally serve your account and your country’s eligibility.

What to compare before choosing HFM

Compare the applicable HFM entity, eligible account type, the round-turn cost of EUR/USD and XAU/USD, symbol-specific leverage, commission per side, overnight holding terms and the actual withdrawal methods visible in the client area. The HFM Zero account can have a low headline spread but added commission; the Pro/Premium choices instead integrate more cost into spread. A broker comparison should not rank either using minimum spreads alone.

How we score

The editorial score of 4.5/5 is the one-decimal rounded arithmetic mean of the four existing public-information research category scores: customer support 4.6, platform/tools 4.5, withdrawal disclosures 4.4, and trading-cost disclosures 4.3. The arithmetic mean is 4.45. Scores reflect editorial evaluation of disclosed information, not regulatory safety, independently measured execution or financial returns. Directory position is a separate editorial ordering and is not calculated directly from these four ratings.
