Editorial desk review updated 28 October 2026. This review summarises FirewoodFX’s public international disclosures; it is not a live trading-account test or a withdrawal guarantee. Account pricing, supported instruments and payment methods depend on the current client agreement and residence.
Overview
FirewoodFX offers retail forex and CFD trading primarily using MetaTrader 4. Its current official account comparison displays Cent and Pro, rather than relying on older lists of Micro, Standard or Premium accounts appearing on unrelated/legacy pages. Always use the current account-opening menu for availability.
Cent versus Pro: account specifications
Cent currently lists a starting deposit of US$1 and a USC-cent-based account currency (US$1 = 100 USC). The published Cent contract model is smaller in economic exposure than a standard forex lot, so pip values cannot be compared directly with a full standard-lot Pro account. Pro lists a minimum deposit of US$10, standard USD-denominated contracts, and a minimum order of 0.01 lot. Both accounts advertise spreads from 1 pip, no normal trading commission, swap-free Islamic options subject to approval and leverage up to 1:3000 on eligible trades.
The broker’s current comparison table describes ‘floating from 1 pip’ while some page notes refer to fixed-spread conditions and execution slippage during illiquid periods. Treat the starting spread as indicative, not a guaranteed live EUR/USD or XAU/USD quote. The trading-conditions page also warns about additional spread around rollover and potentially sensitive execution during major news. Confirm live bid/ask prices, contract sizes and EA rules.
Trading platform, leverage and execution
FirewoodFX advertises MT4 with Expert Advisors and charting on available devices. The account table shows a 20% stop-out level and allows hedging and most routine strategies, although high-frequency, arbitrage and latency-sensitive trading are restricted or discouraged under the broker’s published terms. Maximum leverage is not necessarily available for every asset, balance or trading condition. Very high leverage magnifies losses and liquidation risk.
Funding and withdrawal methods
FirewoodFX lists country-specific funding methods including Indonesian local-bank transfers, QRIS, local wallets, crypto transfers, cards and some online payment services. Published minimums vary sharply: the deposit table shows QRIS from about IDR 100,000, selected local transfers/e-wallets around US$10 and selected USDT networks from US$1, with bank transfer minimums that can be higher. It lists a US$0.50 + 5% processing charge on certain card deposits on the current payment table, so a claim that every deposit method is always free would be misleading.
Withdrawal methods, rates, limits and timeframes depend on verification, provider, currency, route and origin of funds. For Indonesian funding, the broker has advertised both fixed-rate and floating-rate options for local banks, QRIS and partner exchangers; the effective conversion rate should be checked in the actual client area. Deposit time is not a reliable indicator of withdrawal arrival time, and processor surcharges may apply under specific circumstances.
Regulation and entity identity
The current FirewoodFX website is operated by Firewood Global Ltd, incorporated in St Vincent and the Grenadines, business-company registration 22160 BC 2014. The operator states that it holds a Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) brokerage licence T2023361 issued in the Union of Comoros. Separately, FW Global (Labuan) Ltd is described as a Malaysia Labuan FSA-licensed money broker, licence MB/25/0134, on a different domain. These are separate entities; a Labuan money-broker licence should not be presented as universal protection for Firewood Global Ltd CFD clients.
FirewoodFX lists country exclusions including the United States, Malaysia, Russia, North Korea, Myanmar, Iran and others. Before opening an account, verify the current restrictions and actual counterparty.
What to compare
Compare Cent and Pro using equal exposure rather than nominal lots, add spread and any funding conversion charges, and confirm swap-free eligibility, platform automation rules and withdrawal limits. Higher leverage and lower deposit minimum do not by themselves improve broker safety.
How we score
The editorial score of 4.0/5 is the one-decimal rounded mean of the existing four public-information research category scores: support 4.6, platform/features 4.1, withdrawal disclosures 3.4, and cost disclosures 4.0. The unrounded mean is 4.025. The score is not a safety rating, proof of execution performance or an investment recommendation.
