Editorial desk review updated 28 October 2026. This is a research summary of the internationally marketed FBS offering and its publicly available terms, not a funded-account test or guarantee of trade or withdrawal outcomes. Conditions vary by the legal entity serving the customer, instrument, and country.
FBS overview
FBS offers forex and CFD trading via MetaTrader 4/5 and the FBS mobile application, with variable spread pricing and access to instruments including currencies, metals, indices and energies. The international FBS trading conditions currently advertise spreads from 0.7 pip, commissions not charged for the standard marketed trading offering, an initial deposit from US$5, and flexible leverage up to 1:3000 for eligible clients.
Check which account and instrument a published FBS spread refers to before using it in a cost comparison. The cost calculator displays the pricing basis and any missing values; the comparison guides explain how spreads, commission and holding time contribute to an estimate.
Account types and availability
The account types historically associated with the wider FBS brand, including Cent, Standard, Pro and Zero, should not automatically be treated as simultaneously available to every international customer. The current FBS.com international trading-conditions page focuses on a core forex/CFD offering rather than the legacy multi-account comparison table. Different entities have different account menus. As an example, FBS’s separately regulated European offering describes Standard and Cent accounts with EU retail leverage restrictions. Verify the account name, platform, spread type and available instruments shown during registration.
Spreads, commission and overnight trading costs
International FBS material quotes floating spreads from 0.7 pip and says no trading commission is charged for the standard advertised offering. This is an advertised starting spread, not a verified EUR/USD average or an XAU/USD quote. Spread can widen with volatility, rollover, news and liquidity. Swap-free access is available subject to instrument eligibility and terms, but not all symbols or holding periods are automatically exempt from financing charges. When comparing FBS with Raw accounts elsewhere, include the full spread, any product-specific costs, financing and conversion.
Leverage, margin and trade size
FBS advertises flexible forex leverage up to 1:3000 for eligible international accounts. Its published trading conditions also list a 40% margin-call level, 20% stop-out level, and a minimum volume of 0.01 lot, with instrument-dependent maximum trade sizes. It notes stricter, fixed limits for some CFDs, including stocks, indices, energies and metals. The leverage shown on an actual trading account depends on balance, region, entity and instrument. Higher leverage significantly increases liquidation risk.
Trading platforms and support
FBS supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and the FBS app for different trading workflows. MetaTrader provides familiar tools for Expert Advisors and charting, subject to the client’s account and permitted strategies. FBS publishes a Help Center and contact channels, and advertises multilingual support. Check service hours and language availability for your country, rather than assuming every channel is always available.
Deposits, withdrawal methods and processing
FBS advertises over 200 payment-method options across its international network and an initial deposit from US$5; these are marketing-wide figures, not a guarantee that any particular method is available in your country. Actual minimums depend on the chosen processor. FBS states that no standard broker commission is charged on the published general funding offering, but provider-level conversion, withdrawal and payment-route charges may vary.
Withdrawal methods typically follow a return-to-source policy: amounts originally deposited should first be returned via the eligible funding route. Processing time depends on the payment provider and verification; the FBS Help Center has described electronic payouts as potentially fast, card transfers taking several working days and bank transfers potentially longer. These historic estimates should not be represented as guaranteed live settlement times. Confirm the current available method, fee, limits and expected arrival time in the client Personal Area before using it.
Regulation and restricted countries
The current FBS Markets Inc. international entity is incorporated in Belize under registration 000001317 and states that it is regulated by the Belize Financial Services Commission (FSC), licence 4077102, under the Securities Industry Act 2021. Some older pages display a different legacy licence identifier; use the latest applicable legal disclosure and verify with the regulator as appropriate. FBS Markets Inc. lists restrictions including residents of the United States, EU, UK, Israel, India, Iran and Myanmar, among other jurisdictions. Permissions and client protections are tied to the specific contracting entity; a licence held by a different FBS company does not transfer automatically.
What to compare before opening an FBS account
Verify your actual legal entity, country eligibility, usable leverage, platform, and the traded instrument’s spread at your usual trading hour. For XAU/USD and EUR/USD, compare real-time spread and swaps rather than marketing minimums. Review the funding menu, currency conversion and withdrawal routing before committing funds. No trading broker can guarantee profitable outcomes.
How we score
The editorial score of 3.7/5 is the one-decimal rounded arithmetic average of the existing four research categories: customer support 4.1, trading platforms/features 4.0, published withdrawal terms 3.5, and trading-cost disclosures 3.3. The unrounded mean is 3.725. These ratings summarize desk research of published information, not independently verified safety, execution performance or client returns. The site’s separate directory order is not calculated from the score.
